Creator Terms of Service

1. Overview and Creator Status

These Creator Terms of Service ("Creator Terms") supplement the general Terms of Service and apply specifically to users who register, launch, or manage a Creator Desk, accept tips, sell digital/physical goods, or publish paywalled content on Dukkung.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

You operate your Creator Desk as an independent content creator and business operator. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship between you and Dukkung. You are solely responsible for setting your own pricing, fulfilling your promised rewards, and managing your community.

3. Creator Warranties and Representations

By publishing content or selling goods on Dukkung, you warrant and represent that:

• You possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, sell, distribute, and monetize your content.
• Your digital products (presets, templates, 3D assets, e-books) are authentic, functional, and match the listing description.
• Your content does not violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or statutory consumer protection rights.
• You will not use Dukkung to promote illegal gambling, Ponzi schemes, fraudulent crypto drops, or non-consensual imagery.

4. Reward & Perk Fulfillment

Creators offering membership tier perks, custom Discord roles, physical reward shipments, or live stream dare fulfillments agree to execute all promised items in good faith and within reasonable timelines. Repeated failure to fulfill promised perks may lead to desk suspension.

5. Payouts and Balance Settlement

Monies collected from donations, shop sales, and paywall unlocks are credited to your Creator Desk balance after standard payment gateway fees. You may disburse settled funds to your verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet subject to our Payouts & Fee Schedule.

6. Account Suspension and Desk Termination

Dukkung reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Creator Desk, hold unsettled funds, or restrict payouts if:

• You materially breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• We detect suspicious payment spikes indicative of card fraud, stolen accounts, or money laundering.
• We receive valid legal orders, police notices, or regulatory directives from Indonesian authorities.

7. Modifications to Creator Terms

Dukkung may modify these Creator Terms with notice to registered creators. Continued use of your Creator Desk following notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
