How Dukkung protects creator intellectual property, commercial licensing standards, and trademark guidelines.

1. Creator Intellectual Property Ownership

At Dukkung, creator ownership is fundamental. You retain full and exclusive intellectual property rights, copyright, and moral rights to all text, artwork, photographs, video files, audio tracks, digital code repositories, and preset files you publish on your Creator Desk.

2. License Granted to Dukkung

To allow us to operate the platform and deliver your content to your audience, you grant Dukkung a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license strictly to:

  • Host, cache, and transmit your content across our global Content Delivery Network (CDN).
  • Format, resize, transcode, and display your artwork, thumbnails, and preview teasers on public feeds and creator desks.
  • Generate signed, time-limited download links for authorized digital shop buyers and paywall unlockers.

Dukkung will never sell, sublicense, or claim ownership of your creative assets.

3. Digital Goods Licensing to Buyers

When a supporter or buyer purchases a digital product from your Creator Shop or unlocks a Paid Post:

  • The buyer receives a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital asset according to your product description.
  • Unless you explicitly state a commercial license in your product listing, digital downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Buyers may not redistribute, resell, re-upload, or repackage your digital assets on third-party sites or marketplaces.

4. Respecting Third-Party Intellectual Property

You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary commercial licenses, clearances, and authorizations for any content, trademarks, or audio tracks included in your posts, shop products, or overlay media share requests.

5. Infringement Claims and DMCA

If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed on a Dukkung Creator Desk without authorization, please consult our DMCA & Takedown Notice Policy to submit a formal copyright takedown request.
