Terms of Service

General terms and conditions governing the use of Dukkung for creators, supporters, buyers, and platform visitors.

1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Dukkung ("we", "our", or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using our website, services, applications, creator desks, payment gateways, or live stream overlay browser sources, you ("User", "Creator", or "Supporter") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account or operate a Creator Desk on Dukkung, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use Dukkung with the express involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • You must notify Dukkung immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Supporter Interactions and Non-Registration Flow

Supporters who tip creators via QRIS, e-wallets, or virtual accounts may do so without creating a persistent account. In doing so, Supporters agree that:

  • All donations and tips are voluntary gratuities given to support the creator's creative endeavor.
  • Donations do not constitute an investment, debt, loan, equity ownership, or guaranteed contractual consideration.
  • Payments processed via QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, or bank virtual accounts are final once verified.

4. Creator Monetization Services

Dukkung provides creators with monetization capabilities including:

  • Direct Tips & Donations: Collecting one-off gratuities with optional live stream media share, sound triggers, and wheel triggers.
  • Creator Shop: Listing and selling digital assets (presets, templates, audio, PDFs) and physical merchandise.
  • Paid Posts & Micro-Paywalls: Gating exclusive articles, galleries, source code, and video posts behind one-off or member payments in IDR.
  • Membership Tiers: Offering ongoing perks, badge recognition, and follower-gated content.
  • Live Stream OBS Overlays: Providing real-time transparent browser sources for broadcast software.

5. Payment Processing, Fees, and Settlement

All transactions on Dukkung are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment gateway processing fees (e.g., QRIS MDR, e-wallet interchange, virtual account settlement) are deducted transparently at the time of checkout. Platform fees are outlined in the Payouts & Fee Schedule.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Creators retain 100% intellectual property ownership of the original text, images, videos, audio, presets, and digital files uploaded to Dukkung. By uploading content, you grant Dukkung a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, transcode, and deliver your content solely for operating the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Termination

Users and creators may not engage in unlawful conduct, including money laundering, fraud, illegal gambling, hate speech, distribution of non-consensual imagery, unauthorized intellectual property resale, or malicious system attacks. Dukkung reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved primarily through amicable negotiation, or submitted to the jurisdiction of the District Court of South Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
