Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable and prohibited behavior on Dukkung. This policy applies universally to all registered creators, supporters, buyers, stream viewers, and third-party automated tools accessing our API or services.
2. Prohibited Financial & Fraudulent Activities
You may never use Dukkung to:
- Money Laundering & Structuring: Process funds derived from illegal conduct, evade currency reporting, or structure payments to avoid financial controls.
- Self-Tipping & Cashback Schemes: Tip yourself using stolen credentials, card testing, or credit-to-cash laundering schemes.
- Unauthorized Resale: Resell unauthorized game accounts, cracked software keys, stolen credit card data, or unauthorized credentials.
- Ponzi & Pyramid Schemes: Offer guaranteed investment returns, multi-level marketing kickbacks, or fraudulent crypto giveaways.
- Illegal Gambling & Lotteries: Operate unlicensed online casinos, raffle betting, or unlawful slot game (judi online / slot gacor) promotions.
3. Prohibited Content and Goods
You may not upload, sell in your shop, or publish behind paywalls:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors.
- Non-consensual sexual imagery or deepfakes (NCII).
- Weapons, explosives, ammunition, controlled substances, or illegal narcotics.
- Malware, ransomware, phishing scripts, spyware, or keyloggers.
- Stolen copyrighted assets without verifiable rights or commercial licenses.
4. System Abuse and Security Integrity
Users and automated systems are prohibited from:
- Launching Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against Dukkung servers or WebSocket endpoints.
- Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities of Dukkung infrastructure without prior written authorization.
- Scraping or harvesting creator/supporter data in bulk.
- Circumventing paywalls, digital DRM mechanisms, or signed download link authentication.
5. Violations and Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in immediate sanctions, including:
- Immediate content removal and shop product takedown.
- Temporary or permanent Creator Desk suspension.
- Freezing and escrow of fraudulent balances pending law enforcement investigation.
- Reporting to Bank Indonesia, PPATK, Kominfo, and relevant Indonesian law enforcement agencies.
6. Reporting Violations
If you discover a Creator Desk or user violating this policy, please submit an immediate report via our Report Content portal or email abuse@dukkung.com.
