Universal standards of civility, respect, and mutual protection for creators, supporters, commenters, and live stream audiences on Dukkung.

1. Building a Healthy Indonesian Creator Space

Dukkung connects passionate creators with generous supporters. To ensure every Creator Desk remains a welcoming, safe, and productive space, all users must abide by these Community Guidelines across all donation messages, comments, reactions, shop reviews, and media share requests.

2. Core Community Rules

A. Treat Others With Respect

  • No Harassment or Bullying: Targeted abuse, repetitive insults, humiliation, or intimidation of creators or fellow supporters will not be tolerated.
  • No Hate Speech (SARA): Attacks, slurs, or derogatory remarks directed at ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
  • No Toxic Tipping: Using donation messages or Text-To-Speech (TTS) alerts to harass, insult, or trigger distress for a streamer or their audience.

B. Protect Privacy & Safety

  • No Doxxing: Sharing private personal identifiable information (real full names, NIK, home addresses, phone numbers, private school/workplace locations) without explicit consent.
  • No Non-Consensual Imagery: Distribution or threats to distribute intimate images, private recordings, or unauthorized deepfakes.
  • No Impersonation: Falsely claiming to represent other creators, public figures, brands, or Dukkung staff.

C. Keep Content Authentic and Lawful

  • No Fraud or Scams: Promoting phishing links, fake giveaways, fraudulent investment schemes, or malicious software.
  • No Illegal Gambling: Linking to unlicensed slot machines (slot gacor / judi online), bookmakers, or unlawful betting rooms.
  • No Spam or Flooding: Automated comment botting, repetitive copy-paste donation spam, or mass unsolicited promotions.

3. Creator Moderation Controls

We equip creators with powerful native tools to protect their desks:

  • Keyword Filters: Block specific abusive terms, slurs, or spam keywords from appearing in donation notes and comments.
  • User & IP Blocking: Instantly ban abusive donors from submitting messages or tipping.
  • Stream Overlay Media Moderation: Preview, skip, or mute any incoming YouTube/TikTok media share video before it airs.

4. Enforcement and Sanctions

Violations of these guidelines will result in prompt enforcement action based on severity:

  • Content removal and abusive comment deletion.
  • Temporary or permanent loss of tipping privileges.
  • Complete account termination and IP-level platform bans.
