Age Verification & Minor Protection
Safeguarding minors, enforcing creator age thresholds, and ensuring compliance with child safety laws.
1. Age Requirements
Dukkung is committed to protecting minors. To maintain a Creator Desk or collect donations and sales:
- Adult Creators (18+): Must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in Indonesia to enter into binding monetization agreements and withdraw payouts.
- Teen Creators (13–17): May only operate a desk with the verified consent and supervisory involvement of a parent or legal guardian whose banking information is linked for payouts.
- Under 13 Prohibited: Children under 13 years of age are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, streaming, or operating a Creator Desk on Dukkung.
2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Zero-Tolerance
Dukkung maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, child grooming, or any depiction of minors in suggestive contexts.
- Any detected CSAM is immediately deleted, and the offending account is permanently banned.
- All incidents are promptly reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Cyber Crime Directorate of the Indonesian National Police (Bareskrim Polri).
3. Age-Gated Content (18+)
Content intended exclusively for mature audiences (such as fine art anatomical drawing, mature literature, or horror themes) must be designated with an age warning and restricted to logged-in users who confirm they are at least 18 years old.
4. Parental Controls and Inquiries
Parents or legal guardians who discover an unauthorized account created by a minor under 13 or wish to request data deletion for a minor in their care may contact our Child Safety team at safety@dukkung.com.
